CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS & GRACE PERIOD
Service payments are non-refundable. Booking fees are non-refundable and become invalid once an appointment date/time is changed. Appointment dates and times may be adjusted during inclement weather conditions, and do not include any refunds. There is an associated fee for same-day cancellations. All fees must be paid prior to re-booking. Appointments are cancelled after 15 minute grace period. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid same day fees. See individual product items for retail refund policy.
