CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS
GRACE PERIOD
Service payments are non-refundable. Booking fees are non-refundable and become invalid once an appointment date/time is changed without a 24 hour notice. ManeClass reserves the right to adjust appointments due to inclement weather conditions, in which case, clients will not receive a refund for service deposit. There is an associated fee for same-day cancellations. All fees must be paid prior to re-booking. Appointments are cancelled after 15 minute grace period. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid same day fees. No food or extra people during scheduled appointments. A breach of any of the above upon arrival is considered a same-day cancellation
