Loc Session will provide attendees with the know-how to start and maintain locs at home for loved ones, and help prepare professionals and soon to be professionals for independent and quality loc servicing. Please keep in mind that all tools will be purchased upon each registration. If a refund is requested, the cost of tools will be non-refundable.
